Latest Property News

Welcome to the May edition of the Tristram's monthly newsletter, where we'll be sharing our updates and the latest news from the property market.

We start by taking a look at what buyers and renters find the most important during the pandemic, as many peoples priorities have changed since the Covid-19 outbreak.

With the property market booming, it has led to an increase in sales and house prices, with the average UK property now worth 8.6% higher than this time last year.

Further into our newsletter, we're pleased to say tenant demand continues to rise with the number of prospective tenants registering with agents up for the third consecutive month in a row.

Finally, a recent survey has revealed a third of UK households are predicted to move this year. Are you thinking about selling your property? Book a valuation with Tristram's Sales & Lettings.
